Provide feedback on the services of the City of Jyväskylä or report an observation. Feedback will be processed and responded to mainly during office hours (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM). Do not include sensitive information in your feedback, such as personal identification numbers, bank account details, health information, etc. When giving feedback, also consider privacy protection and avoid specifying personal details in public feedback. If you want to give feedback about an individual, do not make it public. If there is a disturbance that poses a danger to people or property, you can make an urgent service request by calling the malfunction notification service at 0800 911 99.
